大青盐热敷联合康妇消炎栓塞肛治疗慢性盆腔痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨大青盐热敷联合康妇消炎栓塞肛治疗慢性盆腔痛的效果。方法选择70例2020年1月—2022年2月就诊的慢性盆腔痛患者作为临床研究对象,根据双色球分组法分为2组,各35例。对照组单用康妇消炎栓塞肛治疗,观察组采用康妇消炎栓塞肛联合大青盐热敷治疗。获取2组患者的治疗效果、疼痛评分、中医证候积分、疾病复发率,并进行统计学比较。结果观察组治疗总有效率88.57%(31/35)高于对照组的74.29%(26/35),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者的疼痛评分、主证评分与次证评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组疾病复发率11.43%(4/35)低于对照组的22.86%(8/35),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性盆腔痛应用大青盐热敷联合康妇消炎栓塞肛,可提升治疗效果、改善疾病症状与疼痛症状、降低疾病复发率,值得临床借鉴。Objective To investigate the efficacy of Halitum hot compress combined with Kangfu Xiaoyan suppository for anus in the treatment of chronic pelvic pain.Methods From January 2020 to February 2022,70 patients with chronic pelvic pain were selected as clinical research objects.According to the two-color ball patch law,patients were divided into two groups,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Kangfu Xiaoyan suppository,and the observation group was treated with Halitum hot compress combined with Kangfu Xiaoyan suppository.The therapeutic effect,pain score,TCM syndrome score and disease recurrence rate of the two groups were obtained,and statistically compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 88.57%(31/35),which was higher than that of the control group(74.29%,26/35),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the pain score,the main syndrome score and the secondary syndrome score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was 11.43%(4/35),which was lower than that of the control group(22.86%,8/35),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Halitum hot compress combined with Kangfu Xiaoyan suppository in the treatment of chronic pelvic pain can improve the therapeutic effect,improve the disease symptoms and pain symptoms,and reduce the recurrence rate of the disease,which is worth clinical reference.
