摘　　要：聚焦园林环境行业未来发展趋势,以培养高质量创新型、应用复合型生态环境领域人才为目标,从人才培养目标定位、人才培养模式和人才培养体系等方面,进行了卓有成效的研究与实践探索,为园林环境类创新人才培养提供强有力的基础。研究不仅取得了显著的人才培养效益,还在国内同类院校中展现出良好的辐射和示范作用。Focusing on the future development trends of the landscaping and environmental industry,the research aimed to cultivate high-quality innovative and application-oriented talents in the field of ecological environment.Through effective research and practical exploration,encompassing aspects such as talent cultivation objectives,talent development models,and talent cultivation systems,a robust foundation has been established for the nurturing of innovative talents in the field of landscap environment.The study has not only achieved significant benefits in talent cultivation but has also showcased a strong influence and exemplary role among similar universities in China.
