摘　　要：选派科技镇长团是贯彻落实科技特派员制度的重要举措,是江苏省委、省政府深入推动科教、产业、人才融合发展,促进全国高校院所创新资源与江苏省县域发展、乡村振兴有效对接作出的一项战略部署。常州市科技镇长团在促进政产学研协调创新、服务基层融合发展等方面发挥重要作用。然而,在实际工作开展过程中尚存在一些亟待解决的问题,文章在剖析其工作成效、存在问题及成因的基础上提出一些思考和探索供决策与参考。The selection of science and technology mayor group is an important measure to implement the system of science and technology commissioners.It is a strategic deployment made by Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee and provincial government to promote the integrated development of science,education,industry and talents,and promote the innovative resources of national universities and institutes,and the county development and rural revitalization of Jiangsu province.Changzhou science and technology mayor group plays an important role in promoting the coordinated innovation of government,industry,university,and research,and serving the integrated development of the grass-roots level.However,there are still some urgent problems to be solved in the development process of practical work.On the basis of analyzing its work effectiveness,existing problems and causes,this paper puts forward some thinking and exploration for decision-making and reference.
