摘  要:地铁在城市公共交通领域居于重要位置,同时由于其本身建设成本高、运营维护成本高以及票价较低的特点,地铁具有鲜明的社会效益属性。虽然城市轨道交通系统作为城市基础设施,追求利润并不是存在的主要价值。但是,持续的亏损运营显然也不合理。通过优化地铁票价,兼顾地方政府、轨道交通运营企业、乘客等各方利益的前提下,对轨道交通票价定价进行科学研究,提升城市轨道交通的效率与效益,属于正确的发展方向。文章通过分时段定价的思想,调整高峰期票价,在适当增加地铁运营企业收益的同时,也有助于使高峰期出行时间弹性较大的乘客群体转移至平峰时段,提高高峰期乘客乘坐体验,达到“削峰填谷”、充分利用资源的目的。The Subways play an important role in the field of urban public transportation,and due to their high construction costs,high operation and maintenance costs,and low ticket prices,they have distinct social benefits.Although the urban rail transit system,as an urban infrastructure,pursuing profits is not the main value of existence.However,continuous loss making operations are clearly unreasonable.By optimizing subway ticket prices and taking into account the interests of local governments,rail transit operating enterprises,passengers,and other parties,scientific research on rail transit ticket pricing can improve the efficiency and efficiency of urban rail transit,which is the correct development direction.This article adopts the idea of phased pricing to adjust peak season ticket prices.While appropriately increasing the revenue of subway operation enterprises,it also helps to shift the passenger group with greater flexibility in peak travel time to peak hours,improve the riding experience of peak passengers,achieve the goal of“peak shaving and valley filling”,and fully utilize resources.
