摘　　要：针对军民基础地理信息数据标准的差异,文章以标准对接原则为前提,通过数据分析与预处理、制定数据对接规范、数据转换等流程,探索了由省级基础地理信息数据转换为军用基础地理信息数据的标准对接方法。从要素分类、要素代码、数据属性、几何特征、映射关系等方面,分析了省级基础地理信息数据和军用基础地理信息数据标准、数据现状的异同,制定详细的数据标准对接规范,为打通军民基础地理数据融合的技术路线奠定基础。In response to the differences in military-civilian basic geographic information data standards,this paper takes the principle of standard docking as the premise,explores the standard docking method for converting provincial basic geographic information data to military basic geographic information data through data analysis and preprocessing,formulating data docking specifications,conversing data,and other processes.This paper analyzes the similarities and differences between provincial basic geographic information data and military basic geographic information data standards and data status from the aspects of feature classification,feature codes,data attributes,geometric features,mapping relationships,which formulates detailed data standard docking specifications to lay the foundation for the technical route of integrating military and civilian basic geographic data.
