摘 要:采用高温固相法制备了颜色可调的Sr_(6)Lu_(2-2x)Al_(4)O_(15)∶xTb^(3+)荧光粉,并研究了其晶体结构、发光特性和浓度猝灭机理。研究了Tb^(3+)浓度对样品发光性质的影响。在紫外光激发下,当x=0.01时,Tb^(3+)的5D3-7F6跃迁强度最强,峰值位于381nm;当x=0.15时,Tb^(3+)的5D4-7F5跃迁强度最强,峰值位于545nm。随着Tb^(3+)掺杂浓度的升高,样品的发光颜色从蓝光变为黄绿光。分析了Sr_(6)Lu_(2-2x)Al_(4)O_(15)∶xTb^(3+)荧光粉的浓度猝灭机理。测量了荧光粉的荧光寿命、热稳定性、量子效率。结果表明,Sr_(6)Lu_(2-2x)Al_(4)O_(15)∶xTb^(3+)是一种新型的发光颜色可调的荧光粉。The phosphors Sr_(6)Lu_(2-2x)Al_(4)O_(15)∶xTb^(3+)were synthesized through the solid-state reaction technique.The structure,photoluminescence properties and concentration quenching mechanisms were researched.The depen⁃dence of photoluminescence intensities on Tb^(3+)concentration was studied.Upon excitation with UV excitation,when the doping concentration x=0.01,the strongest peak located around 381 nm,which arise from 5D3-7F6 transition of Tb^(3+);when the doping concentration x=0.15,the strongest peak located around 545 nm,which arise from 5D4-7F5 transition of Tb^(3+).The luminescence color changes from blue to yellowish green by adjusting the doping concentration of Tb^(3+).The concentration quenching mechanisms of Sr_(6)Lu_(2-2x)Al_(4)O_(15)∶xTb^(3+)were studied.The lifetime,thermal sta⁃bility and quantum efficiency were measured.The Sr_(6)Lu_(2-2x)Al_(4)O_(15)∶xTb^(3+)phosphor is a novel color-tunable phosphor.
