摘 要:工作在数十兆赫兹的功率变换器采用谐振型拓扑作为整流环节,传统的参数扫描法耗时且极度依赖初值的选取。本文提出一种电压型Class-E整流环节的参数理论设计方法,所提方法以整流环节的工作模态为基础,利用傅里叶分解与基波分析法建立谐振参数与输出参数的数值关系。通过推导功率因数的约束方程,实现了整流环节的单位功率因数。根据所提的整流环节参数设计方法,搭建了一台20 MHz、输入18 V、输出10 V/10 W的样机,实验结果表明样机性能良好,满载效率为81.4%,验证了所提理论设计方案的有效性。Power converters operating at tens of MHz often use the resonant topology as the rectifier.The traditional parameter scanning method is time-consuming and highly dependent on the selection of initial values.Therefore,a systematic parameter theory design method of voltage-driven Class-E rectifier is proposed in this paper.The method is based on the working mode of rectifier,and the numerical relationship between resonance parameters and output parameters is established through Fourier decomposition and fundamental analysis.Besides,it realizes the unit power factor of the rectifier by deriving the constraint equation of power factor.According to the proposed parameter design method,a prototype with 20 MHz,input 18 V and output 10 V/10 W is built.The experimental results show that the prototype has good performance and the efficiency is 81.4%at full load,which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed theory design method in high frequency resonant converter.
