通变感人勤问道信息文化谱新篇——纪念北京大学图书馆建馆125周年

摘　　要：文章侧重从信息视角和文化视角回顾北京大学图书馆125年尤其是近5年来的新战略和新策略、新理念和新举措、新思想和新收获、新方针和新认识,展望2035年尤其是从现在起5年后图书馆引领的信息文化建设的美丽图景,认为信息文化是指信息化生态中增进信息流动和人类幸福的智力成果,图书馆是信息文化的集大成者和引领者,提出了信息文化效用测度及其建设重点。From the perspective of information and culture,this paper reviews new strategies and tactics,new concepts and initiatives,new ideas and achievements,new guidelines and reflections of Peking University Library over the past 125 years,especially in the last five years,looks forward to the beautiful picture of information culture construction led by libraries in 2035,especially the next five years from now.It points out that information culture refers to the Intellectual outcomes generated to enhance the exchange of Information and the welfare of human beings in the Information Ecosystem,and libraries are the Epitomizing and Leading Institution of information culture.Finally,the measurement of efficiencies of information culture in Libraries and its construction emphasis had been proposed.
