数智时代图书馆引领的信息文化建设

摘　　要：在新一代信息技术驱动下,信息文化的渗透性和影响力日渐增强,作为社会知识、信息、文化的记忆装置和扩散装置,图书馆的数智化转型与信息文化建设呈互促共融之势。文章通过梳理图书馆在引领信息文化建设中的优势和作用发挥路径,分析数智时代图书馆在引领信息文化建设中的新优势、作用发挥新路径、新模式,提出图书馆引领信息文化高质量发展的几点思考。With the support of the new generation of information technology,the permeability and influence of information culture are increasing gradually.As a memory and diffusion device for social knowledge,information,and culture,the digital and intellectual transformation of libraries and the construction of information culture are promoting and integrating each other.This article analyzes the relationship between the development of modern libraries and the construction of information culture,analyzes the advantages and roles of libraries in leading the construction of information culture,condenses the new advantages,new paths,and new models of libraries in leading the construction of information culture in the era of digital intelligence,and proposes several considerations for libraries to lead the development of information culture.
