摘  要:为进一步提高永磁同步电机(permanent magnet synchronous motor,PMSM)转速外环控制性能,提出一种基于新型超螺旋二阶滑模转速控制器的永磁同步电机转速控制方法。设计一种新型超螺旋算法,以变指数取代原算法中非线性项的常指数,采用分数阶微积分代替整数阶,构造变边界层非线性指数函数取代开关函数。最后,结合新型超螺旋算法,设计永磁同步电机新型超螺旋二阶滑模转速控制器,并在MATLAB/Simulink中与其他控制方法做对比仿真,过程中使用鲸鱼算法优化控制参数。结果表明:新型超螺旋二阶滑模转速控制器更进一步地提高了PMSM系统的收敛能力与抗扰能力,抑制了系统抖振。In order to further improve the steady-state performance of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)speed outer loop control,a speed control method of permanent magnet synchronous motor was proposed based on new super twisting second order sliding mode speed controller.A new super twisting algorithm was designed,in which constant exponent was replaced by variable exponent of nonlinear term in the original algorithm,integer order was replaced by fractional calculus,and variable boundary layer nonlinear exponential function was constructed to replaces switching function.Finally,combined with the new super twisting algorithm,a new super twisting second order sliding mode speed controller for permanent magnet synchronous motor was designed,and compared with other control methods in MATLAB/Simulink,whale algorithm was used to optimize the control parameters in the process.The results show that the new super twisting second order sliding mode speed controller can further improve the convergence ability and anti-disturbance ability of permanent magnet synchronous motor system,suppress system chattering.
