摘　　要：全喉切除术通过关闭咽腔重建吞咽功能,它对患者的吞咽功能有着深远的影响。本文将回顾全喉切除术患者吞咽康复的起源、治疗前及术后处理的现状及探讨喉功能康复的未来方向和发展。Total laryngectomy has a profound effect on the swallowing function of patients by closing the pharyngeal cavity and restoring swallowing function.This article will review the origin of swallowing rehabilitation in patients with total laryngectomy,the status quo of preoperative and postoperative treatment,and discuss the future direction and development of laryngeal functional rehabilitation.
