越婢汤类方治疗耳鼻喉科疾病

摘　　要：越婢汤类方在《伤寒杂病论》中共有四方,分别是越婢、越婢加术、越婢加半夏以及桂枝二越婢一汤,从目前的医学文献来看,越婢汤类方很少涉及耳鼻喉专科疾病。笔者通过分析越婢汤对水液代谢的调节,认为越婢汤主要作用于“通调水道”环节,可让在肺系、上焦、清窍、体表等的水气,经三焦下输膀胱,基于此进一步解析越婢汤类方,并拓展诸方应用,将诸方应用于鼻鼽、耳闭、喉瘖、喉痹等耳鼻喉科常见疾病治疗。There are four Yuebi decoctions in“Treatise on Febrile Diseases”,but only few reports about Yuebi decoctions for the treatment of otolaryngological diseases in the current medical literature.By analyzing the effect of Yuebi decoction on the water passage,it can be seen that Yuebi decoctions act mainly on“dredging and regulating water passage”.Yuebi decoction can allow the water qi in the lung system,upper-jiao,clear orifices,and body surface to be infused into the bladder through tri-jiao.Based on this,the application of Yuebi decoctions is expanded to treat common otolaryngological diseases such as allergic rhinitis,blocked ear,hoarseness,and throat obstruction.
