运用熊大经教授吉雷通窍汤加减治疗耳胀耳闭的治疗经验

摘　　要：文章介绍运用熊大经教授的吉雷通窍汤治疗耳胀耳闭,临床中多发于儿童,小儿易脾虚生痰湿,风邪侵袭,夹痰饮上犯耳窍,耳窍经脉闭塞。熊大经教授认为:“咽鼓管属肺”,而咽鼓管是耳胀耳闭发生的关键部位,耳与鼻部位毗邻,小儿鼻渊严重影响到耳,引发耳胀耳闭,吉雷通窍汤是熊老治疗鼻渊的名家验方,患儿受风寒之邪引发耳胀耳闭,熊老认为在治法上应治以疏风散邪,通窍开闭,治疗风邪犯肺型分泌性中耳炎以吉雷通窍汤作为基础方进行加减。This article introduces the use of Professor Xiong Dajing’s Jilei Tongqiao decoction to treat ear distension and ear closure.In clinical practice,children are prone to spleen-deficiency and phlegm dampness,wind evil attack,ear orifice and ear orifice meridians blocked.Professor Xiong Dajing believes:“Pharyngotympan tube belongs to lung”,and the pharyngotympan tube is the key part of ear distension and ear closure,and the ear is adjacent to the nose.Children’s nose deep seriously affects the ear,causing ear distension and ear closure.Jilei Tongqiao decoction is Xiong Lao’s famous prescription for treating nose deep.The treatment of lung secretory otitis media caused by wind evil was based on Jilei Tongqiao decoction.
