摘　　要：泵闸施工采用跨汛期雨季施工的方式可能增加施工险情发生风险。上海虹口港泵闸工程工期紧张,需要充分利用汛期雨季进行基坑及主体结构施工。围绕人员配置、度汛准备、应急预案和工程防护等方面介绍了虹口港泵闸工程汛期雨季施工当中采用的保障措施,旨在为类似泵闸工程提供借鉴和参考。The construction of pump gate during the flood season and rainy season may increase the risk of construction hazards.The duration of Shanghai Hongkou Port Pump Sluice Project is limited and tensioned.It is required to fully utilize the rainy season and flood season for the construction of foundation pits and main structures.The guarantee measures taken in the construction of the Hongkou Port Pump Gate Project during the flood season and rainy season are introduced from the personnel allocation,the flood preparedness,the emergency plans,the engineering protection etc.,which provide the reference for similar pump gate projects.
