摘 要:以上海某原水工程钢顶管区间施工为例,针对此段顶管区间穿越河道中途发生顶管机减速器损坏,主轴失去动力,无法继续顶进的特殊工况,结合退管法创新提出同步顶退工艺,详细介绍了原水工程钢顶管退管法的技术难度、施工可行性和具体实施过程,并提出了一系列钢顶管退管法施工过程中的关键技术措施,解决了因顶管设备故障区间无法顺利贯通的难题,供类似工程借鉴。Taking the construction of a steel pipe jacking section of a raw water project in Shanghai as an example,aiming at the special constructing condition that the reducer of the pipe jacking machine is damaged,which leads to the main shaft lost power,and the pipe jacking section cannot continue to cross the river,the synchronous jacking and withdrawing process is innovatively put forward.The technical difficulty,construction feasibility and specific implementation process of the steel pipe jacking are introduced in detail for the raw water engineering.A series of key technical measures in the construction process of pipe withdrawing are proposed to solve the problems of hard to smooth passthrough of pipe-jacking equipment in the failure section,which can be used for reference by similar projects.
