摘 要:为了解决桥梁伸缩缝修补养护周期过长,不利于车辆通行的问题,在现有的快速修补材料配比上,通过掺加聚合物胶粉和聚丙烯纤维,配制出一种早期强度高,且利于施工的水泥基快速修补材料。通过砂浆流动度和凝结时间评价指标和力学性能试验等,得到了聚合物胶粉和聚丙烯纤维的最优单因素掺量均为2%,在该掺量下,材料流动度能达到190 mm左右,凝结时间控制在20~25 min,2 h抗折强度和抗压强度分别达到7.4 MPa和26.2 MPa,28 d抗折强度和抗压强度分别达到8.5 MPa和50 MPa以上,干缩率小于0.015%。应用于工程实践中的结果表明,快速修补材料各项性能均满足设计要求并且利于施工,开放交通时间短,是一种理想的桥梁伸缩缝快速修补材料。In order to solve the problem that the repair and maintenance period of bridge expansion joints is too long and not conducive to vehicle traffic,based on the existing proportion of rapid repair materials,a cement-based rapid repair material with high early strength and favorable for construction is prepared by adding the polymer powder and polypropylene fiber.Through the mortar fluidity,setting time evaluating indexes,mechanical property test and other parameters,the optimal single-factor dosages of polymer rubber powder and polypropylene fiber are all 2%.With this dosage,the material fluidity can reach about 190 mm,the setting time is controlled within 20~25 min,the 2 h flexural strength and compressive strength reach 7.4 MPa and 26.2 MPa respectively,the 28 d flexural strength and compressive strength reach more than 8.5 MPa and 50 MPa,and the dry shrinkage is less than 0.015%.The practical application of the materials in the project shows that each performance of rapid repair materials meets the design requirements and is conducive to construction with the short traffic opening time.It is an ideal rapid repair material for bridge expansion joints.
