摘  要:南通地铁1号线通沪大道站位于中央创新区,为合理开发利用地下空间,地铁车站与地块一体化开发。由于地块二级开发商尚未确定,地面开发模式、规模尚未稳定,车站与地块开发分期实施。车站近期结合一体化设计的概念,尽量做包容性设计,为远期二级开发预留良好的可实施性和建设条件。通过分析地块前期研究方案、通沪大道站设计过程中的思考、落成过程存在的不足,为其他分期实施的一体化开发地铁项目提供了有益的参考。Tonghu Avenue Station of Nantong Metro Line 1 is located in the central innovation area.In order to rationally develop and utilize the underground space,the integrated development of subway station and plot is carried out.Because the secondary developers of the plot have not been determined,the ground development mode and scale have not been stable,and the station and plot development are implemented by stages.In the near future,combined with the concept of integrated design,the station should be designed as inclusive as possible so as to reserve the good implementation and construction conditions for the long-term secondary development.By analyzing the preliminary study of the plot scheme,the thinking in the design process of Tonghu Avenue Station,and the deficiencies in the completion process,a useful reference for the other integrated development subway projects implemented by stages is provided.
