摘  要:本文针对某乘用车加速工况出现的异响噪声进行诊断分析与控制。首先通过主观评价确定问题工况,通过实车测试发现2000rpm左右车内存在明显气流声。利用相关性分析可知,宽频气流声由涡轮增压器排气流体摩擦冲击引起,气体冲击废气旁通阀,旁通阀执行拉杆受此作用力产生振动,撞击摇臂,产生rattle声。针对气流声制定整改方案,结果表明,在摇臂和阀座之间增加弹簧垫片效果最好,消除了气流声和敲击声。This paper analyzes and controls the airflow sound of a passenger car under acceleration condition.Firstly,the problem condition is determined through subjective evaluation.Through the real vehicle test,it is found that there is obvious air flow sound in the vehicle at about 1800rpm.According to the correlation analysis,the wide-band air flow sound is caused by the friction impact of the exhaust fluid of the turbocharger.The gas impacts the wastegate valve,and the actuator rod of the bypass valve vibrates under this force,hitting the rocker arm and generating the rattle sound.The results show that the best effect is to add spring gasket between the rocker arm and the valve seat to eliminate the air flow sound and knocking noise.
