摘 要:航天器在再入大气层时或在大气层内高速飞行时,会遇到严酷的气动热噪声复合环境,导致结构出现热噪声疲劳破坏,严重影响航天器结构和设备的环境适应性和可靠性。为了验证航天器结构和设备设计的合理性,考核其环境适应性和可靠性,需要构建地面热噪声环境。笔者根据多年从事航天装备热噪声环境构建的实践经验,结合当前装备设计能力和试验技术的发展,对航天装备热噪声环境构建方法进行了总结和论述,为航天装备热噪声环境构建的全流程提供参考和指导。When spacecraft reenter the atmosphere or fly at high speed in the atmosphere,they will encounter harsh aerodynamic thermal-acoustic complex environment,resulting in thermal-acoustic fatigue damage of the structure,which seriously affects the environmental adaptability and reliability of spacecraft structure and equipment.In order to verify the rationality of spacecraft structure and equipment design,and to evaluate its environmental adaptability and reliability,it is necessary to construct a ground thermal-acoustic environment.Based on years of practical experience in thermalacoustic environment construction of space equipment,combined with the development of current equipment design ability and test technology,the author discusses the thermal-acoustic environment construction method of space equipment,providing reference and guidance for the whole process of thermal-acoustic environment construction of space equipment.
