摘  要:本文主要结合电磁兼容理论、规范标准和建模仿真对地铁的EMC布局布线进行仿真分析,首先,分析电磁干扰对于系统、设备、的影响和危害,阐述保证电磁兼容可靠的必要性,其次,对地铁牵引辅助和供风制动两大最为关键的系统进行了EMC风险分析,对每个系统中容易产生电磁兼容问题的高危风险点进行分析和评估,给出了恰当的解决措施,最后,根据地铁列车布局布线规则和标准,结合地铁车辆的实际情况,分别针对于车上、车内、车下、电气柜和线槽等关键位置,易产生干扰问题的部分进行仿真和布线设计,从布局布线角度降低这些位置电磁兼容问题产生的可能性,进而保证地铁列车的正常运行。This paper mainly combines electromagnetic compatibility theory,specifications and modeling and simulation to conduct simulation analysis of subway EMC layout and wiring.First,it analyzes the impact and harm of electromagnetic interference on systems and equipment,and expounds the necessity of ensuring the reliability of electromagnetic compatibility.Secondly,EMC risk analysis is carried out on the two most critical systems of subway traction assistance and wind supply brake.The high-risk risk points that are prone to electromagnetic compatibility problems in each system are analyzed and evaluated,and appropriate solutions are given.Finally,according to the rules and standards of subway train layout and wiring,combined with the actual situation of subway vehicles,simulation and wiring design are carried out for the parts that are prone to interference problems at key locations such as on-board,in-car,off-car,electric cabinet and cable trough,respectively.From the perspective of layout and wiring,the possibility of electromagnetic compatibility problems in these locations can be reduced to ensure the normal operation of subway trains.
