摘　　要：环境试验箱是检测机构常规设备,在其使用中由于长时间带电运转,会有超温等安全隐患出现。传统的人力巡查在温箱分散布置,如跨楼层或跨基地的情况下,难以保证及时处理该类问题。基于物联网技术,设计了一种环境试验箱温度监测预警系统。通过加装温湿度传感器、数据收发报警器及开发云平台等系统建设,实现了在线监测温箱状态、现场及远程异常报警、设备资产管理、数据存储分析等功能,有效提升了机构智能化管理水平和安全管理质量。The environmental test chamber is the common equipment of testing institutions.Due to the long running of the electric system,there will be safety risks such as overtemperature in its use.The traditional human patrol is difficult to deal with this kind of problem in time when the temperature chambers are scattered distributed,such as cross-floor or cross-base.Based on Internet of Things technology,a temperature monitoring and early warning system of environmental test chamber was designed.Through the installation of temperature and humidity sensors,data sending and receiving alarms and the development of cloud platform and other system construction,the online monitoring of temperature chamber status,on-site and remote abnormal alarm,equipment asset management,data storage and analysis functions were realized,which effectively improved the intelligent management level and safety management quality of the instritution.
