摘　　要：目的探讨磁刺激结合生物张力聚焦疗法(BFT)对盆底器官脱垂(POP)患者盆底肌肌力、肛提肌损伤、性功能的影响。方法本研究为前瞻性随机对照试验,纳入驻马店市中心医院2020年10月至2022年10月收治的102例POP患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(51例)和研究组(51例)。对照组接受磁刺激治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用BFT,两组均治疗4周。分别于治疗前和治疗后用Glazer评估患者盆底肌肌力(前静息阶段、5 s快速收缩阶段、60 s持续收缩阶段、后静息阶段肌电值),采用三维超声测量患者肛提肌裂孔前后径、左右径及面积,采用女性性功能指数(FSFI)量表评估患者性功能。结果治疗后,研究组患者盆底肌肌力前静息阶段、后静息阶段肌电值低于对照组,5 s快速收缩阶段、10 s持续收缩阶段、60 s持续收缩阶段肌电值高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者肛提肌裂孔前后径、左右径、面积均小于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者FSFI量表评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论磁刺激结合BFT能提高POP患者盆底肌肌力,修复肛提肌损伤,改善性功能障碍。Objective To investigate the effects of magnetic stimulation combined with biotension focusing therapy(BFT)on pelvic floor muscle strength,levator ani muscle injury,and sexual function in patients with pelvic organ prolapse(POP).Methods This study was a prospective randomized controlled trial involving 102 patients with POP admitted to Zhumadian Central Hospital from October 2020 to October 2022.They were divided into a control group(51 cases)and a study group(51 cases)according to a randomized number table method.The control group was treated with magnetic stimulation,while the study group was treated with BFT on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.Before and after treatment,Glazer was used to assess the pelvic floor muscle strength(pre rest stage,5 s rapid contraction stage,60 s continuous contraction stage,and post rest stage electromyogram values)of the patients.The anterior and posterior diameters,left and right diameters,and areas of the levator ani muscle hiatus were measured using three-dimensional ultrasound.The female sexual function index(FSFI)scale was used to assess the sexual function of the patients.Results Before and after treatment,the pelvic floor muscle strength,levator ani muscle and sexual function of patients in the study group and the control group were significantly improved.After treatment,the electromyogram values of patients in the study group during the pre and post rest stages were lower than those in the control group,while the electromyogram values in the 5 s rapid contraction stage,10 s continuous contraction stage,and 60 s continuous contraction stage were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The anterior and posterior diameters,left and right diameters,and areas of the levator ani muscle hiatus in the study group were smaller than those in the control group(P<0.05).The FSFI score of patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Magnetic stimulation combined with BFT can improve pelvic floor muscl
