摘  要:目的探讨客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)模式联合反思性教学模式在外科实习护士临床护理实践能力评价中的应用效果。方法选取河南省人民医院2021年12月至2022年12月外科实习护士66名,随机分为对照组(33名)和观察组(33名),对照组接受传统的反思性教学模式,观察组在对照组基础上联合接受OSCE模式。教学后对比两组实习护士成绩、各项能力评分及满意度调查。结果观察组实习护士成绩、各项能力(德、能、绩、勤)及对本次教学的满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对实习护士进行OSCE联合反思性教学模式培训,能提升其护理核心能力及临床综合能力,获得了多数实习护士的认可,有助于提高临床技能教学质量,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of objective structured clinical examination(OSCE)model combined with reflective teaching model in the evaluation of clinical nursing practice ability of surgical nurses.Methods A total of 66 surgical practice nurses in Henan Provincial People’s Hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into a control group(33 cases)and an observation group(33 cases).The control group received the traditional reflective teaching model,and the observation group received the OSCE model on the basis of the control group.After teaching,the scores of practice nurses,ability scores and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of abilities(morality,ability,performance,attendance)and satisfaction with the teaching of practice nurses in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion OSCE combined reflective teaching mode training for practice nurses can significantly improve their core nursing competence and clinical comprehensive ability,which has been recognized by most practice nurses.It is helpful to improve the teaching quality of clinical skills and is worth popularizing and applying.
