摘　　要：目的分析喜炎平注射液联合阿奇霉素治疗对支原体肺炎患儿炎症反应的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2021年2月本院收治的80例支气管肺炎患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为阿奇霉素组和中西结合组,每组40例。中西结合组静脉滴注喜炎平注射液联合口服阿奇霉素治疗,阿奇霉素组口服阿奇霉素治疗。比较两组临床疗效、临床症状消失时间及中医症候积分、血清炎症因子水平。结果中西结合组治疗总有效率为95.00%,明显高于阿奇霉素组的77.50%(P<0.05)。中西结合组咳嗽消失时间、发热消失时间、肺罗音消失时间均短于阿奇霉素组(P<0.05)。治疗1周后,两组喉间痰鸣、恶寒发热、气促喘憋、咳嗽无力评分均低于治疗前,且中西结合组低于阿奇霉素组(P<0.05)。治疗1周后,两组血清干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)水平均高于治疗前,血清白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平均低于治疗前,且中西结合组血清IL-2水平高于阿奇霉素组,血清IL-4、IL-10水平均低于阿奇霉素组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论喜炎平注射液联合阿奇霉素治疗支原体肺炎患儿效果显著,可有效改善患儿临床症状,降低机体炎症反应,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the effect of Xiyanping injection combined with azithromycin on inflammatory reaction in children with Mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods 80 children with Mycoplasma pneumonia admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the research subject,and they were randomly divided into the azithromycin group and the combination of Traditional Chinese and Western medicine group,with 40 cases in each group.The combination of Traditional Chinese and Western medicine group was treated by intravenous drip of Xiyanping injection combined with oral azithromycin,while the azithromycin group was treated by oral azithromycin.The clinical efficacy,the time of clinical symptoms disappearing,Traditional Chinese Medicine symptom score and serum inflammatory factor level were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the combination of Traditional Chinese and Western medicine group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than 77.50%in the azithromycin group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of cough,fever and lung rales in the combination of Traditional Chinese and Western medicine group was shorter than that in azithromycin group(P<0.05).After 1 week of treatment,the scores of phlegm clamor,cold fever,shortness of breath and cough weakness in the larynx of two groups were lower than before treatment,and the combination of Traditional Chinese and Western medicine group was lower than the azithromycin group(P<0.05).After 1 week of treatment,serum interferon-γ(IFN-γ)and interleukin-2(IL-2)levels of two groups were higher than before treatment,interleukin-4(IL-4)and interleukin-10(IL-10)levels were lower than before treatment,and serum IL-2 levels in the combination of Traditional Chinese and Western medicine group were higher than the azithromycin group,and serum IL-4 and IL-10 levels were lower than azithromycin group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiyanping injection combined with azithromycin is effective in the treatment of children with Mycoplasma pneumonia,which can effec
