摘　　要：目的比较亚甲蓝封闭联合龙胆泻肝汤坐浴与单纯亚甲蓝封闭治疗湿热阻滞型原发性肛门瘙痒症的临床疗效。方法选取2019年6月至2021年6月于徐州市第一人民医院肛肠科就诊的60例肛门瘙痒症患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与中药组,每组30例。对照组在局部亚甲蓝封闭的基础上温水坐浴,中药组予等量龙胆泻肝汤坐浴,比较两组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、数字等级量表(NRS)评分、语言评价量表(VRS)分级和皮肤病生活质量量表(DLQI)评分。结果治疗前,两组VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组VAS评分均低于治疗前,且中药组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组NRS评分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组NRS评分均低于治疗前,且中药组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组VRS分级比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组VRS分级均差于治疗前,且中药组差于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组DLQI评分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组DLQI评分均低于治疗前,且中药组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论亚甲蓝封闭联合龙胆泻肝汤坐浴治疗湿热阻滞型原发性肛门瘙痒症疗效显著,可缓解患者瘙痒程度,提高生命质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of methylene blue blocking combined with Longdan Xiegan decoction of sitz bath and single methylene blue blocking in the treatment of primary pruritus ani with damp-heat blocking type.Methods 60 patients with anal pruritus who visited the Department of Proctology at the First People's Hospital of Xuzhou from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the Traditional Chinese Medicine group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received a warm water sitz bath on the basis of local methylene blue blocking,the Traditional Chinese Medicine group was administered an equal amount of Longdan Xiegan decoction sitz bath.The visual analog scale(VAS)score,numerical rating scale(NRS)score,verbal rating scale(VRS)grad,and dermatology life quality index(DLQI)score were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups;after treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the Traditional Chinese Medicine group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in NRS scores between the two groups;after treatment,the NRS scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the Traditional Chinese Medicine group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in VRS grad between the two groups;after treatment,the VRS grad of the two groups was worse than before treatment,and the Traditional Chinese Medicine group was worse than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in DLQI scores between the two groups;after treatment,the DLQI scores of the two groups were lower than befo
