华佗五禽戏治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨华佗五禽戏治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折患者的临床疗效。方法选择2020年6—11月本院收治的60例桡骨远端粉碎性骨折患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各30例。对照组行桡T型钢板固定,观察组在对照组基础上予以五禽戏治疗,比较两组临床疗效、腕关节功能、影像学指标、并发症发生情况、骨折愈合时间及骨痂生长情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后,两组Gartland-Werley评分均低于术前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后,两组桡骨高度均高于术前,尺偏角、掌倾角大于术前,且观察组桡骨高度均高于对照组,尺偏角、掌倾角均大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,骨折愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后3个月,对照组骨皮质无明显变化,骨折线仍较清晰,观察组骨痂形成多于对照组,骨折线模糊变浅。结论在桡T型钢板固定治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折患者基础上,联合华佗五禽戏治疗有助于骨痂形成及骨折愈合,改善腕关节功能,效果显著,且并发症少,利于患者预后。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of HuatuoWuqinxi in treating patients with comminuted distal radius fractures.Methods 60 patients with comminuted distal radius fractures admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to November 2020 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into two groups using random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received radial T-plate fixation,and on this basis,the observation group received Wuqinxi treatment.The therapeutic effect was evaluated 3 months after surgery,the clinical efficacy,wrist joint function,imaging indicators,incidence of complications,callus growth,and fracture healing time were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After surgery,the Gartland Werley scores of the two groups were lower than those before surgery,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After surgery,the radius height of the two groups were higher than before surgery,ulnar deviation angle and palmar inclination angle were larger than before surgery,and the radius height in the observation group was higher than before surgery,ulnar deviation angle and palmar inclination angle were larger than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the fracture healing time was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3 months after surgery,there was no significant change in the bone cortex of the control group,and the fracture line was still clear;callus formation in the observation group was more than that in the control group,and the fracture line became blurry and shallow.Conclusion Based on the treatment of comminuted fractures of the distal radius with radial T-sha
