摘　　要：目的探究MRI在卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿术前诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2020年1月至2021年12月本院收治的51例卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿患者作为研究对象,术前对患者采用MRI诊断。比较MRI诊断结果与病理结果,分析MRI影像学特征。结果MRI在卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿术前诊断中的检出率为100.00%,与病理结果一致。患者术前MRI检查结果显示,形状不规则8例,占比15.69%;卵圆形10例,占比19.61%;类圆形33例,占比64.71%。MRI信号检测结果显示,T_(1)WI、T_(2)WI信号混乱7例,占比13.73%;T_(1)WI高信号、T_(2)WI低信号12例,占比23.53%;T_(1)WI高信号、T_(2)WI高信号32例,占比62.75%。囊肿大小范围:6 mm×5 mm~34 mm×26 mm。囊内分隔16例,占比31.37%;卫星囊10例,占比19.61%。结论卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿术前诊断应用MRI效果理想,具有较高的疾病检出率与诊断准确率,且MRI图像特征丰富、清晰,可为手术方案选择等提供有效参考依据。Objective To explore the effect of MRI in preoperative diagnosis of ovarian endometriosis cyst.Methods A total of 51 patients with ovarian endometriosis cyst were selected from January 2020 to December 2021 as the research subjects,preoperative MRI diagnosis was performed.MRI diagnosis and pathological results were compared,and MRI imaging characteristics were analyzed.Results The detection rate of MRI in preoperative diagnosis of ovarian endometriosis cyst was 100.00%,which was consistent with pathological results.Preoperative MRI results of patients showed that 8 cases were irregular in shape,accounting for 15.69%;10 cases were oval,accounting for 19.61%;33 cases were quasi-circular,accounting for 64.71%.MRI signal detection results showed that 7 patients showed chaotic signals on T_(1)WI and T_(2)WI,accounting for 13.73%;12 patients had high signal on T_(1)WI and low signal on T_(2)WI,accounting for 23.53%;32 cases had high signal intensity on T_(1)WI and T_(2)WI,accounting for 62.75%.Cyst size range:6 mm×5 mm to 34 mm×26 mm.16 cases were separated in the capsule,accounting for 31.37%;and 10 cases were satellite capsule,accounting for 19.61%.Conclusion Preoperative diagnosis of ovarian endometriosis cysts with MRI results are ideal,with high disease detection rate and diagnostic accuracy,and MRI image features are rich and clear,providing effective reference for the selection and implementation of surgical plan.
