摘　　要：目的探讨开展持续质量改进(CQI)活动在降低骨科择期手术非计划性手术暂停中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2020年1—6月本院125台骨科择期手术临时取消病例,针对患者个人疾病因素和术前准备不足两大主要因素进行流程干预,通过持续质量改进活动加强术前疾病筛查、集中术前宣教及手术前心理护理。结果改善后,骨科择期手术非计划性手术暂停的发生率为6.14%(24/391),低于改善前的18.57%(125/673),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论持续质量改进活动能有效降低骨科择期手术患者非计划性手术暂停的风险因素,降低非计划性手术临时暂停的发生率,提高手术室的工作效率。Objective To explore the application effect of continual quality improvement(CQI)on reducing theincidence of selective orthopaedic surgery unexpected cancellation.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 125 cases of temporary cancellation of orthopaedic elective surgery in our hospital from January to June 2020,the process intervention was carried out according to the two major factors of patients'personal disease factors and insufficient preoperative preparation,and the preoperative disease screening,centralized preoperative education and preoperative psychological nursing were strengthened through continuous quality improvement activities.Results After improvement,the incidence of unplanned operation suspension was 6.14%(24/391),which was lower than 18.57%(125/673)before improvement,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The CQI activities can reduce the selective orthopaedic surgery unexpected cancellation risk factor,minimize the incidence rate of surgery unexpected cancellation,raise the operation department work efficiency.
