摘　　要：目的通过德尔菲法构建预防婴儿A型乳头错觉指标体系,为产科护理人员预防婴儿A型乳头错觉发生提供参考。方法通过查阅文献,小组讨论形成专家函询表,通过两轮的德尔菲专家函询最终确定指标体系与权重。结果共有13位专家完成两轮函询,两轮问卷的有效回收率分别为100%,专家权威系数分别为0.83、0.85。肯德尔协调系数分别为0.232、0.127(均P<0.01),最终形成的婴儿A型乳头错觉预防干预方案包括6个维度(健康教育与指导、心理护理、母婴分离护理、乳房护理、护理人员管理、家庭社会支持),37项条目。结论本研究构建预防婴儿A型乳头错觉指标体系具有一定的可靠性和必要性,为产科护理人员预防婴儿A型乳头错觉的发生,提高母乳喂养率提供可靠参考。Objective To establish an index system for preventing type A nipple illusion in infants by Delphi method,and to provide reference for obstetrical nurses to prevent the occurrence of type A nipple illusion in infants.Methods The index system and weights were finally determined through two rounds of Delphi expert letter consultation by literature review and group discussion.Results A total of 13 experts completed two rounds of correspondence.The effective recovery rates of the two rounds of questionnaires were 100%,and the expert authority coefficients were 0.83 and 0.85,respectively.Kendall's coordination coefficients were 0.232 and 0.127(both P<0.01),respectively.The final prevention and intervention plan for infant type A nipple illusion included 6 dimensions(health education and guidance,psychological nursing,mother-infant separation nursing,breast nursing,nursing staff management,and family social support),with 37 items.Conclusions This study is reliable and necessary to establish an index system for preventing type A nipple illusion in infants,which can provide A reliable reference for obstetrical nurses to prevent the occurrence of type A nipple illusion in infants and improve the breastfeeding rate.
