摘　　要：目的分析使用一次性肠镜裤的好处。方法选取2022年10月至2023年4月间在安溪县中医院消化内镜中心做胃肠镜检查的200例患者,随机分为对照组(n=100例)与研究组(n=100例),对照组患者穿传统病员裤,研究组患者使用一次性肠镜裤,比较两组患者的保暖舒适度、随意翻身度、隐私暴露度、紧张担忧度、床单元污染率、患者满意度以及医护满意度。结果对照组患者的保暖舒适度为65.00%(65/100)、随意翻身度为73.00%(73/100),研究组分别为84.00%(84/100)、94.00%(94/100),均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);对照组患者的隐私暴露度为94.00%(94/100)、紧张担忧度为48.00%(48/100)、床单元污染率为38.00%(38/100),研究组分别为28.00%(28/100)、27.00%(27/100)、7.00%(7/100),均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);对照组患者的护理满意度为76.00%(76/100),研究组为98.00%(98/100),显著高于对照组(P<0.05);对照组医护满意度为81.00%(81/100),研究组为95.00%(95/100),显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论使用一次性肠镜裤有利于保护患者隐私,方便患者翻身,保证保暖舒适,而且有利于缓解患者的紧张担忧情绪,减少床单元污染,患者和医护人员对此都比较满意。Objective To analyze the benefits of using disposable colonoscopy pants.Method A total of 200 patients underwent gastroenteroscopy at the Digestive Endoscopy Center of Anxi County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2022 to April 2023.Were randomly divided into control group(n=100 cases)and study group(n=100 cases).Patients in the control group wore traditional patient pants,and patients in the study group used disposable colonoscopy pants.The warm comfort,free turning degree,privacy exposure,nervousness,bedsheet contamination rate,patient satisfaction and medical satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Result The warmth and comfort levels of the control group patients were 65.00%(65/100)and free turning ratio was 73.00%(73/100).The study group had 84.00%(84/100)and 94.00%(94/100),which were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);The privacy exposure of patients in the control group was 94.00%(94/100),anxiety level was 48.00%(48/100),and bed unit pollution rate was 38.00%(38/100).The study group had 28.00%(28/100),27.00%(27/100),and 7.00%(7/100),respectively,which were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction of patients in the control group was 76.00%(76/100),while that of the study group was 98.00%(98/100),significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The satisfaction rate with medical care in the control group was 81.00%(81/100),while in the study group it was 95.00%(95/100),significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The use of disposable colonoscopy pants is beneficial for protecting patient privacy,facilitate patients to turn over,ensuring warmth and comfort,and alleviating patient tension and concerns,reducing bed unit pollution.Patients and medical staff are both satisfied with this.
