全程督导管理对耐药肺结核患者治疗转归的影响

摘　　要：目的探究全程督导管理对耐药肺结核患者治疗转归的影响。方法选取2017年5月至2023年5月本院收治的75例耐药肺结核患者作为研究对象,随机分配法分组,对照组(37例,实施常规管理),观察组(38例,实施全程督导管理),对比分析两组患者管理效果。结果两组管理后生活质量改善,且观察组评分更高(P<0.05)。观察组住院时间比对照组更短,治疗费用比对照组更低(P<0.05)。观察组治疗依从性94.74%比对照组78.38%更高(P<0.05)。观察组管理满意度97.37%比对照组81.08%更高(P<0.05)。结论对耐药肺结核患者实施全程督导管理效果突出,有助于改善患者生活质量,加快患者病情康复速度,改善患者遵医行为,提高患者管理满意度。Objective To explore the influence of whole-course supervision and management on the treatment outcome of drug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis patients.Methods 75 patients with drug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2023 were selected as the research object,and randomly divided into control group(37 cases,with routine management)and observation group(38 cases,with whole-course supervision management),and the management effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The quality of life of the two groups was improved after management,and the score of the observation group was higher(P<0.05).The hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the treatment cost was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment compliance of the observation group(94.74%)was higher than that of the control group(78.38%),P<0.05.The management satisfaction of the observation group(97.37%)was higher than that of the control group(81.08%),P<0.05.Conclusions The implementation of whole-course supervision and management for drug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis patients is effective,which is helpful to improve patients'quality of life,speed up patients'recovery,improve patients'compliance behavior and improve patients'management satisfaction.
