血府逐瘀汤联合曲美他嗪治疗缺血性心肌病心力衰竭疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察血府逐瘀汤联合曲美他嗪治疗缺血性心肌病心力衰竭疗效。方法选用连江县马鼻镇卫生院2021年1月至2022年12月全科病房接收的缺血性心肌病心力衰竭患者120例,随机分为60例对照组,行曲美他嗪治疗,余60例纳入观察组,行血府逐瘀汤联合曲美他嗪治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果两组治疗前中医证候积分、心功能、心肌纤维化指标、血脂水平、生活质量比较均无明显差异(P>0.05);观察组治疗后各指标改善程度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论血府逐瘀汤联合曲美他嗪治疗缺血性心肌病心力衰竭效果显著。Objective To observe the curative effect of Xuefuzhuyu decoction combined with trimetazidine on ischemic cardiomyopathy and heart failure.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy and heart failure received by Mabi Town Health Center in Lianjiang County from January 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into control group(60 cases)and observation group(60 cases),the control group was treated with trimetazidine,and the observation group was treated with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with trimetazidine.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in TCM syndrome score,cardiac function,myocardial fibrosis index,blood lipid level and quality of life between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The improvement of all indexes in the observation group after treatment was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with trimetazidine is effective in treating ischemic cardiomyopathy and heart failure.
