中西医结合治疗下肢血栓性浅静脉炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探究西医药物联合桃红四物汤+四妙勇安汤辅以新癀片治疗下肢血栓性浅静脉炎的临床效果。方法选择2020年10月至2022年12月三明市第二医院收治的下肢血栓性浅静脉炎患者46例为对象,按照治疗药物选择不同分为参比组和分析组,每组各23例。其中,参比组给予常规西医药物辅以新癀片治疗,分析组在参比组基础上给予桃红四物汤+四妙勇安汤治疗,评估两组临床治疗效果,对比两组治疗前后中医证候积分情况及不良反应发生率情况。结果治疗前,两组临床中医证候积分(皮肤红肿、患肢肿胀、患肢疼痛、筋脉条索)情况对比无差异(P>0.05);治疗后,分析组临床中医证候积分评分(皮肤红肿、患肢肿胀、患肢疼痛、筋脉条索)缓解情况优于参比组,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);分析组临床不良反应发生率为8.70%低于参比组34.78%,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);分析组临床治疗总有效率为95.65%高于参比组69.57%,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论西医药物联合桃红四物汤+四妙勇安汤辅以新癀片治疗下肢血栓性浅静脉炎,可明显改善中医证候积分,提高临床治疗有效率,降低临床不良反应发生。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Western medicine combined with Taohong Siwu Tang+Simiao Yong'an Tang combined with Xinhuang Tablets in the treatment of lower limb thrombotic superficial phlebitis.Methods 46 patients with lower limb thrombotic superficial phlebitis admitted to the Second Hospital of Sanming City from October 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a reference group and an analysis group according to different treatment drug choices,with 23 patients in each group.Among them,the reference group was treated with conventional western medicine supplemented by Xinhuang tablets,while the analysis group was treated with Taohong Siwu Tang+Simiao Yong'an Tang on the basis of the reference group.The clinical treatment effects of the two groups were evaluated,and the scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms and the incidence of adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the clinical TCM syndrome scores(skin redness and swelling,affected limb swelling,affected limb pain,and tendons and veins)between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the clinical traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score(skin redness and swelling,limb swelling,limb pain,and tendons and veins)of the analysis group was better than that of the reference group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of clinical adverse reactions in the analysis group was lower 8.70%than that in the reference group 34.78%,and there was a statistically significant difference between the groups(P<0.05);The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the analysis group was 95.65%,which was higher than that in the reference group 69.57%,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of western medicine,Taohong Siwu Tang+Simiao Yong'an Tang,combined with Xinhuang tablets,can significantly improve
