手术室整体护理配合在内固定手术治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨手术室整体护理配合在内固定手术治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月至2022年12月我院92例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者,随机分为两组。对照组采用一般性护理干预,观察组加强手术室整体护理配合,对比两组骨折患者护理后术中出血量、术后恢复时间和并发症发生率等。结果观察组平均骨折患者的术后恢复时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),观察组术中出血量少于对照组、术后并发症低于对照组者(P<0.05)。结论内固定手术治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者实施手术室整体护理配合的效果显著,可加快患者的康复进程,减少术中出血量和术后并发症发生率,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect of holistic nursing combined with internal fixation in the treatment of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur.Methods A total of 92 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received general nursing intervention,and the observation group strengthened the overall nursing cooperation in the operating room.The intraoperative blood loss,postoperative recovery time and complication rate of the two groups were compared after nursing.Results The average postoperative recovery time of fracture patients in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05),the intraoperative blood loss and postoperative complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Internal fixation surgery for elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur has a significant effect of overall nursing cooperation in the operating room,which can accelerate the rehabilitation process of patients,reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss and the incidence of postoperative complications,and is worthy of promotion.
