摘　　要：目的探讨针对老年高血压患者进行优质化护理的效果。方法选择2020年1月至2022年1月间,我院诊治的242名高血压患者进行两组均分,组内各121名患者,分为对照组与试验组。对照组患者采用常规护理,试验组患者应用优质化护理,在护理干预后,研究人员评估老年高血压患者血压控制效果、优质化护理满意度和生活质量评分。结果试验组内高血压患者的血压指标略低于对照组,提示试验组患者血压控制良好,差异显著(P<0.05)。试验组患者优质化护理满意度、生活质量高于对照组,数据对比差异显著(P<0.05)。与对照组患者相比,试验组的不良反应发生率更低,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论试验结果可证实,老年高血压患者护理工作中融入优质化护理能够提高患者的血压控制效果,并改善患者对优质化护理相关工作的满意度。Objective To explore the effectiveness of high-quality nursing for elderly hypertensive patients.Methods 242 hypertensive patients admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were divided equally into two groups,with 121 patients in each group recorded as the control group and the experimental group.The control group patients received routine care,while the experimental group patients received high-quality nursing.After nursing intervention,researchers evaluated the blood pressure control effect,satisfaction with high-quality care,and quality of life scores of elderly hypertensive patients.Results The blood pressure indicators of hypertensive patients in the experimental group were slightly lower than those in the control group,indicating that the experimental group had good blood pressure control,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the patients in the experimental group showed high satisfaction with high-quality nursing care,and the quality of life of the patients in the experimental group was relatively high,with significant differences in data comparison(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The experimental results can confirm that integrating high-quality nursing into the nursing work of elderly hypertensive patients can improve the effectiveness of blood pressure control and improve patients'satisfaction with high-quality nursing related work.
