多维度护理模式在新生儿臀部护理中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析多维度护理模式在新生儿臀部护理中的应用效果。方法选择2022年1~4月入住我科的82例新生儿作为对照组,采取常规护理模式。选择2022年5~8月入住我科的89例新生儿作为观察组,采取多维度护理模式。比较两组新生儿红臀发生率以及家属对临床护理的满意度。结果观察组新生儿红臀发生率低于对照组(29.21%vs.69.51%,P<0.05),家属对临床护理的满意度高于对照组(94.38%vs.79.27%,P=0.003)。结论多维度护理模式的应用有助于减少新生儿红臀的发生率,提高新生儿家属的满意度。Objective To analyze the application effect of multidimensional nursing model in neonatal hip care.Methods A total of 82 neonates admitted to our department from January 2022 to April 2022 were included as the control group,and the conventional nursing model was adopted.A total of 89 neonates admitted to our department from May 2022 to August 2022 were included as the observation group,adopting multidimensional care model.Compare the incidence of neonatal red hip and the satisfaction of families with clinical care in the two groups.Results The incidence of neonatal red hip in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(29.21%vs.69.51%,P<0.05),and the families'satisfaction with clinical care was higher than that in the control group(94.38%vs.79.27%,P=0.003).Conclusions The application of multidimensional nursing model helps to reduce the incidence of neonatal red buttocks and improve the satisfaction of neonatal families.
