综合性护理干预对妇科盆腔炎患者治疗依从性、自护能力及复发率的影响

摘　　要：目的分析妇科盆腔炎患者应用综合性护理干预的效果。方法选择2020年7月至2022年12月在我院门诊治疗的82例妇科盆腔炎患者为研究对象,将患者随机分为对照组(n=41,实施常规护理)与观察组(n=41,实施综合性护理干预)。对比两组患者护理效果。结果观察组心理状态评分、自护能力评分、生活质量、依从性、护理满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组复发率(4.88%)低于对照组(26.83%),P<0.05。结论妇科盆腔炎患者中应用综合性护理干预,可以提升患者自护能力、依从性,降低患者复发率,值得临床广泛推广及应用。Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with gynecological pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods 82 patients with gynecological pelvic inflammatory disease who were treated in our outpatient department from July 2020 to December 2022 were randomly divided into two groups with 41 cases each.The control group and the observation group received routine nursing and comprehensive nursing interventions respectively,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The psychological state score,self-care ability score,quality of life,compliance,and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05);The recurrence rate in the observation group(4.88%)was lower than in the control group(26.83%)(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with gynecological pelvic inflammatory disease can improve their self-care ability,increase patient compliance,and reduce the recurrence rate.It is worth promoting and applying widely in clinical practice.
