摘　　要：目的探讨陆航部队直升机飞行员疲劳状况评定中疲劳量表-14(FS-14)和疲劳评定量表(FAI)两种工具的相关性。方法对392名陆航部队直升机飞行员现场集中进行FS-14和FAI测试评定疲劳状况,对测试结果进行分析,并对两量表的相关性进行Φ相关分析、Pearson积差相关分析。结果不同飞行时间飞行员FS-14、FAI评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或0.01),其中飞行时间为100 h~2000 h的飞行员疲劳程度FS-14、FAI评分较低(F=15.951、9.558,P<0.01)。两个量表对飞行员疲劳程度评定结果有显著关联性(χ^(2)=64.325,Φ相关系数=0.414,P<0.01)。FS-14各因子评分与FAI的因子1、因子2、因子3评分呈显著正相关(r=0.149~0.495,P<0.01),与FAI的因子4评分存在显著负相关(r=-0.138~-0.107,P<0.05或0.01)。结论FS-14和FAI对陆航部队直升机飞行员疲劳的评定结果存在的关联性非常紧密,两量表各因子间也密切相关。Objective To explore the correlation between the Fatigue Scale-14(FS-14)and Fatigue Assessment Instrument(FAI)used to assess fatigue status in helicopter pilots of army aviation troops.Methods Fatigue conditions were assessed using the FS-14 and FAI in 392 helicopter pilots on the spot,test results analyzed,andΦcorrelation and Pearson product moment correlation analyses carried out for the correlation of two scales.Results Differences in scores on the FS-14 and FAI among pilots with different flight times were statistically significant(P<0.01)and scores on the FS-14 and FAI in pilots with flight times of 100~2000 hours lower(F=15.951,9.558,P<0.01).Results of the FS-14 and FAI assessing the degrees of fatigue in pilots were significantly related(χ^(2)=64.325,Φcorrelation coefficient=0.414,P<0.01).Each factor score of the FS-14 was significantly positively related to factor 1,2,3 of the FAI(r=0.149~0.495,P<0.01)and negatively to factor 4(r=-0.138~-0.107,P<0.05 or 0.01).Conclusion The results of FS-14 and FAI assessing fatigue in helicopter pilots of army aviation troops are closely related,so are each factor of the two scales.
