摘　　要：目的探讨失眠认知行为疗法对慢性失眠症患者焦虑及睡眠的影响。方法将100例慢性失眠症患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为干预组(50例)和对照组(50例)。对照组患者给予常规治疗与护理,干预组患者在对照组基础上给予失眠认知行为疗法治疗。干预前后采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表评估两组患者睡眠质量,采用失眠严重程度指数量表评估两组患者失眠严重程度,采用汉密顿焦虑量表评估两组患者焦虑严重程度。结果干预后两组患者的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表、失眠严重程度指数量表、汉密顿焦虑量表评分均下降,且干预组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或0.01)。结论在常规苯二氮[艹卓]类药物治疗基础上给予失眠认知行为疗法治疗对改善慢性失眠症患者睡眠质量效果好,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the effect of cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia(CBT-I)on anxiety and sleep in patients with chronic insomnia.Methods One hundred patients with chronic insomnia were divided into intervention(n=50)and control(n=50)group according to random number table method.Patients in control group received routine treatment and nursing and ones in intervention was plus CBT-I on the basis of control group.Before and after intervention sleep qualities of two groups was assessed using Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),insomnia severity using the Insomnia Severity Index(ISI),and anxiety severity using Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA).Results After intervention scores of both groups on the PSQI,ISI and HAMA lowered and those were lower in intervention than control group,differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Cognitive behavioral therapy based on conventional benzodiazepines treatment could improve the sleep quality of patients with chronic insomnia and is worthy of clinical promotion.
