摘　　要：目的探讨精细化护理对冠脉搭桥术患者术后恢复及心理健康状况的影响。方法将210例行非体外循环冠脉搭桥术的患者按照随机数字表法分为研究组(105例)和对照组(105例)。对照组患者给予常规护理,研究组患者在对照组基础上给予精细化护理,两组患者均观察3个月。比较护理前后两组患者射血分数、抑郁自评量表评分、焦虑自评量表评分、生存质量量表评分,并统计两组患者护理满意度和术后并发症。结果护理后两组患者射血分数、生存质量量表评分均高于护理前,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.01)。护理后两组患者焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分均较护理前降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.01)。护理后研究组患者护理总满意度高于对照组,术后并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论精细化护理可更加有效地降低行非体外循环冠脉搭桥术患者术后并发症的发生,促进患者术后恢复,缓解或消除其负面情绪,提升心理健康水平,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the effects of lean nursing on postoperative recovery and mental health status in patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting(CAVG).Methods A total of 210 patients undergoing the CAVG were divided into research(n=105)and control(n=105)group according to random number table method.Control group received routine nursing and the research was plus lean nursing on the basis of control group for 3 months.Such indexes as ejection fractions and scores on the Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),and the MOS 36-item Short Form Health Survey(SF-36)were compared between two groups,nursing satisfaction and post-operative complications counted.Results After intervention the ejection fraction and score on the SF-36 were higher compared with pre-intervention in both groups and so were those in research than control group(P<0.01).After intervention scores of both groups on the SDS and SAS lowered and those were lower in research than control group(P<0.01).After intervention total nursing satisfication was higher and total incidence of postoperative complication lower in research than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Lean nursing could more effectively reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications in patients undergoing the CAVG,promote postoperative recovery,reduce negative emotions,improve mental health,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
