干扰素雾化吸入对小儿手足口病的临床疗效及其对炎症因子、免疫功能的影响

摘  要:目的分析手足口病(HFMD)治疗中,干扰素雾化吸入的临床效果。方法抽取南阳医学高等专科学校第一附属医院2020年7月至2022年7月收治的68例HFMD患儿进行研究,采用随机抽样法划分为参照组与研究组,各34例。参照组给予常规对症治疗,研究组在上述基础上提供雾化吸入干扰素治疗。比较两组患儿症状缓解时间、住院时间、临床疗效、炎症因子水平、免疫功能。结果治疗前研究组患儿症状缓解时间和住院时间短均于参照组;研究组患儿治疗有效率(94.12%)优于参照组(73.53%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组炎症因子水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后炎症因子水平降低,且研究组各项指标低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组免疫功能指标水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组免疫功能改善,且研究组优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论干扰素雾化治疗HFMD,症状缓解显著,并且患儿免疫功能提高,炎性因子水平显著降低,取得了满意的临床疗效,同时缩短了住院时间。Objective To analyze the clinical effects of interferon aerosol inhalation in hand foot mouth disease(HFMD)children.Methods 68 HFMD children treated from July 2020 to July 2022 in our hospital were investigated.According to random sampling method,children were assigned to reference group(n=34,symptomatic treatment)and research group(n=34,symptomatic treatment and interferon aerosol inhalation).The clinical symptom relief time,hospital stays,treatment effects,inflammatory factors and immune function were observed.Results The clinical symptom relief time and hospital stays in the research group were significantly shorter than reference group(P<0.05);the clinical effects between groups were found to be statistically significant(P<0.05);the effective treatment rates in the research group(94.12%)were significantly higher than reference group(73.53%);before treatment,the inflammatory factors between groups were not significantly different(P>0.05);after treatment,the inflammatory factors for two groups were obviously reduced(P<0.05);the inflammatory factors in the research group were even lower than reference group;before treatment,the immune function indicators between groups were not significantly different(P>0.05);after treatment,the immune function indicators for two groups were improved,but related indicators in the research group were even better than reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The interferon aerosol inhalation can reduce the clinical symptoms,hospital stays and inflammatory factors,and improve the treatment effects and immune function for hand foot mouth disease children.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
