整体护理在面部血管瘤介入栓塞围手术期中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的分析整体护理在面部血管瘤介入栓塞围术期中的作用。方法收取河南省人民医院2021年2月至2022年12月收治的86例面部血管瘤患者,所有患者均行介入栓塞手术,将两组患者按照随机数字表法分为参照组(常规护理)和试验组(常规护理+整体护理),各43例。观察两组患者护理效果、并发症发生情况、满意度、心理状态及生活质量。结果相比参照组,试验组护理有效率、满意度、治疗后生活质量得分高于参照组,并发症发生率及治疗后焦虑、抑郁程度评分低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对面部血管瘤介入栓塞术患者实行整体护理效果较好,能减少并发症的发生,改善患者预后,值得临床借鉴。Objective To analyze the impacts of holistic nursing on the treatment complications during the interventional embolization of facial hemangioma.Methods A total of 86 patients with facial hemangioma admitted to Henan Provincial People’s Hospital from February 2021 to December 2022 were collected.All patients received interventional embolization surgery.The two groups of patients were divided into control group(routine nursing)and observation group(routine nursing+holistic nursing)according to random number table method,43 cases in each group.Results The nursing satisfaction,total effective treatment rate and life quality in the trial group were higher than reference group;the treatment complications,anxiety and depression scores in the trial group were lower than reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The holistic nursing can reduce the surgical complications,improve the nursing effects and treatment prognosis during the interventional embolization of facial hemangioma.It is worth reference for clinical nursing..
