摘　　要：心房颤动是常见的心律失常之一,其致残、病死率高,而中医药可以在心房颤动治疗中发挥积极作用。朱红俊教授基于临床实践和龙砂“司天-司病-司人”诊疗体系,提出心房颤动治疗尤其要重视“司病”(司病机);认为心房颤动的根本病机是心之气阴两虚,重要病机为阴虚火旺,并兼夹水饮、瘀血等病理因素。同时文中提供了心房颤动辨机论治的特色经验处方———清心生脉饮。从而形成以清心生脉饮“司病”辨机通治方;并结合仝小林院士三味小方以及黄煌教授“方人”学术,进行“司天”司变化、“司人”司体质的动态变化治疗,构建基于龙砂学术思想的“通治方加减”诊疗新模式,有效提高了心房颤动的中医临床疗效。Atrial fibrillation is a common cardiac arrhythmia with high rates of disability and mortality.Traditional Chinese medicine can play a positive role in the treatment of atrial fibrillation.Professor Zhu Hongjun,based on clinical practice and the“Sitian-Sibing-Siren”diagnostic and therapeutic system of Longsha,emphasizes the importance of ad⁃dressing the“Sibing”(pathological mechanism)in the treatment of atrial fibrillation.He believes that the fundamental pathological mechanism of atrial fibrillation is the deficiency of Qi and Yin in the heart,with the important pathological fac⁃tor being Yin deficiency and excessive fire,accompanied by water retention and blood stasis.This article introduced a char⁃acteristic empirical prescription for diagnosing and treating atrial fibrillation,known as Qingxin Shengmai Decoction,so as to develop a“Sibing”Tongzi Formula with Qingxin Shengmai Decoction.In addition,the treatment was combined with the three small formulae of Academician Tong Xiaolin and“Fang Ren”academic discipline of Professor Huang Huang to treat the dynamic changes of“Sitian”(changes)and“Siren”(physique)and build a new treatment model of modified Tongzi Formul based on the Longsha academic ideology,effectively improving the clinical efficacy of atrial fibrillation treatment.
