摘　　要：目的基于数据挖掘,采用古今医案云平台分析陕西省名中医沈舒文治疗功能性消化不良(Func⁃tional dyspepsia,FD)的组方用药规律。方法纳入沈舒文教授临床诊治FD患者的中药有效方剂,利用古今医案云平台,建立沈舒文教授治疗FD的用药数据库,运用数据挖掘技术分析用药规律。结果挖掘出治疗FD患者129例病案,使用中药190味,总计用药1945频次;药性以温、平、寒为主,药味以辛、苦、甘为主,归经以脾、胃、肝经为主;高频用药使用率>50%的药物有:黄连、枳实、半夏、砂仁、刺猬皮;常用对药组合:石斛-麦冬,白术-砂仁,佛手-旋覆花,高良姜-香附,太子参-麦冬;常用角药组合:黄连-枳实-半夏,黄连-吴茱萸-刺猬皮,焦山楂-焦神曲-焦麦芽;核心组方以半夏、枳实、党参、白术、黄连、吴茱萸、刺猬皮、麦冬、鲜石斛、砂仁、炙甘草组成。结论通过对陕西省名中医沈舒文教授诊疗FD临床医案的研究结果分析及总结,得出沈舒文教授诊疗FD的处方用药规律及特点:以补虚通滞、畅通气机、滋养胃阴为治疗原则;以虚实同疗、温清并用、燥润相济为用药特点。Objective Based on data mining,the ancient and modern medical record cloud platform was used to analyze the prescription and medication rules of Shen Shuwen,a famous traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)in Shaanxi Province,in the treatment of functional dyspepsia(FD).Methods The effective prescriptions by Professor Shen Shuwen for the clinical treatment of FD patients were included,and the medication database of Professor Shen Shuwen for the treat⁃ment of FD was established on the ancient and modern medical record cloud platform.And the rule of medication was ana⁃lyzed by using data mining technology.Results The medical records of 129 FD patients were excavated,and 190 Chinese medicines were used,with a total of 1945 times of medication.The drug properties are mainly warm,flat and cold,and the taste of medicine is mainly spicy,bitter and sweet.The spleen,stomach and liver meridians are the main channels tropism,and the drugs with a high frequency utilization rate of over 50%are Coptis chinensis,Fructus Aurantii,Pinellia ternata,Amomum villosum,and Hedgehog skin.Commonly used drug combinations are Dendrobium officinale-Ophiopogon japoni⁃cus,Atractylodes macrocephala-Amomum villosum,Bergamot-Convolvulum officinale,Alpinia officinale-Cyperus,and Radix Pseudostellariae-Ophiopogon japonicus.Commonly used three durgs combinationare Coptis chinensis-Fructus Au⁃rantii-Pinellia ternat,Coptis chinensis-Evodia rutaecarpa-Hedgehog skin,Parched hawthorn fruit-Scorch-fried medicated leaven-brown malta.The core formula is composed of Coptis chinensis,Fructus Aurantii,Codonopsis pilosula,Atractylodes macrocephala,Coptis chinensis,Fructus Evodiae,Hedgehog skin,Ophiopogon japonicus,fresh Dendrobium,Amomum villosum,and roasted licorice.Conclusion Through the analysis and summary of the clinical medicinal records of Professor Shen Shuwen,,a famous Chinese medicine professor in Shaanxi Province,the rules and characteristics of pre⁃scription medication for FD were obtained.The principles of treatment were to supplement deficienc
