摘　　要：代谢综合征(Metabolic Syndrome,MS)是一组以肥胖、高血糖、血脂异常以及高血压等聚集发病,严重影响机体健康的临床症候群,是一组在代谢上相互关联的危险因素的组合。MS患者是发生心脑血管疾病的高危人群,罹患心血管疾病和2型糖尿病的风险均显著增加。MS归属于中医学“肥胖”“消渴”“痰饮”“脾瘅”等范畴。史大卓教授从事中西医结合内科临床工作近40年,根据多年临床经验,认为MS主要病机为“痰瘀阻脉,郁久化热”,痰浊、瘀血、气滞、郁热交结体内,诱导MS的发生发展,拟降脂通脉方,以祛瘀血、化痰浊、畅血脉、清郁热,临床疗效显著。Metabolic syndrome(MS)is a group of clinical syndromes involving obesity,hyperglycemia,dyslipi⁃demia and hypertension,which seriously affects the body′s health.It is a combination of metabolically related risk factors.MS patients are at high risk of cardio-cerebrovascular diseases,with a significantly increased risk of cardiovascular disea⁃ses and diabetes mellitus type 2.MS belongs to the categories of“obesity”,“consumptive thirst”,“phlegm fluid”and“spleen damage”in traditional Chinese medicine.Professor Shi Dazhuo has been engaged in clinical work of integrated tradi⁃tional Chinese and Western medicine for nearly 40 years.He believes that the main pathogenesis of MS is“phlegm stasis ob⁃structing the vessels and long-term stagnation transforming into heat”,and turbid phlegm,blood stasis,qi stagnation and heat stagnation interlock in the body,inducing the occurrence and development of MS.Jiangzhi Tongmai Recipe was designed to remove blood stasis,resolve turbid phlegm,smooth blood vessels and clear stagnated heat,with remarkable clinical effect.
