高血压及其不同并发症患者的舌象参数特征分析

摘　　要：目的分析高血压及其不同并发症患者的舌象参数特征,为高血压及其并发症的临床诊疗提供一定的舌诊客观依据。方法使用中医人工智能健康状态辨识系统采集健康人(正常对照组)、高血压及其并发症患者的舌象,对舌象各部位及整体的HSV参数进行提取比较。结果正常对照组的舌质根部、中部、边部的S值明显低于其他组;舌质中部、尖部的V值明显高于其他组;舌质整体S值低于其他组,舌质整体V值高于其他组。高血压合并糖尿病及冠心病组的舌质尖部S值明显低于其他组;舌质根部V值明显高于其他组;苔色中部、根部、尖部S值明显低于其他组,苔色中部、根部、尖部V值明显高于其他组;苔色整体S值低于其他组,苔色整体V值明显高于其他组。单纯高血压组的舌质边部V值明显低于其他组。单纯高血压组的苔色边部S值明显高于其他组,苔色边部V值明显低于其他组。结论高血压及其并发症患者的舌诊HSV参数有差异,可为高血压及其并发症的临床诊疗提供一定客观依据。Objective To analyze the characteristics of tongue image parameters in patients with hypertension and different comorbidities and provide an objective basis for clinical tongue diagnosis and treatment in terms of hypertension and comorbidities.Methods The tongue images of healthy people(normal control group),as well as patients with hyper⁃tension and different comorbidities were collected by the TCM artificial intelligence health status identification system,and the HSV parameters of each part and the whole of the tongue image were extracted and compared.Results The S values of the root,middle part,and edge of the tongue in the normal control group were significantly lower than those in other groups.The V values of the middle part and tip of the tongue were significantly higher than those in other groups.The overall S val⁃ue of the tongue was lower than that of other groups,and the overall V value of the tongue was higher than that of other groups.The S value of the tip of the tongue in the group with hypertension,diabetes,and coronary heart disease was signifi⁃cantly lower than that in other groups.The V value of tongue root was significantly higher than that of other groups.The S values of the middle part,root,and tip of the moss were significantly lower than those of other groups,and the V values of the middle part,root,and tip of the moss were significantly higher than those of other groups.The overall S value of the moss was lower than that of other groups,and the overall V value of the moss was significantly higher than that of other groups.The V value of the tongue margin in the hypertension group was significantly lower than that in other groups.The S value of the moss edge in the hypertension group was significantly higher than that of other groups,and the V value of the moss edge was significantly lower than that of other groups.Conclusion There are differences in HSV parameters between tongue diagnosis in patients with hypertension and different comorbidities,which can provide some objective basi
