氟康唑联合克霉唑栓在霉菌性阴道炎患者中的疗效及不良反应发生情况分析

摘　　要：目的探究霉菌性阴道炎应用氟康唑联合克霉唑栓的临床效果以及不良反应发生情况。方法80例霉菌性阴道炎患者作为研究对象,通过双盲法分为对照组与实验组,各40例。对照组给予克霉唑栓单一治疗,实验组给予氟康唑与克霉唑栓联合治疗。对比两组治疗效果,治疗后3、6个月的复发情况,治疗前后症状评分,症状缓解时间,不良反应发生情况。结果实验组总有效率为97.50%(39/40),高于对照组的85.00%(34/40),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组治疗后3个月复发率为2.50%(1/40),治疗后6个月复发率为5.00%(2/40),低于对照组的17.50%(7/40)、25.00%(10/40),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,实验组患者的症状评分(1.21±0.29)分低于对照组的(2.79±0.48)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者的外阴红肿、排尿痛、白带异常、外阴瘙痒缓解时间分别为(1.51±0.24)、(2.21±0.39)、(1.05±0.21)、(2.22±0.29)d,均短于对照组的(3.51±0.49)、(3.23±2.12)、(2.23±0.42)、(3.41±0.45)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组不良反应发生率为2.50%(1/40),低于对照组的15.00%(6/40),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论霉菌性阴道炎患者临床应用氟康唑与克霉唑栓联合治疗的效果显著,可有效缩短患者症状缓解时间,降低不良反应发生率,预后复发率较低,值得推广使用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect and adverse reactions of fluconazole combined with clotrimazole suppositories in patients with mycotic vaginitis.Methods A total of 80 patients with mycotic vaginitis were divided into control group and experimental group by double-blind method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with clotrimazole suppositories,and the experimental group was treated with fluconazole and clotrimazole suppositories.Both groups were compared in terms of therapeutic effect,recurrence at 3 and 6 months after treatment,symptom score before and after treatment,symptom relief time,and occurrence of adverse reactions.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 97.50%(39/40),which was higher than that of 85.00%(34/40)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the experimental group was 2.50%(1/40)at 3 months after treatment,and 5.00%(2/40)at 6 months after treatment,which were lower than those of 17.50%(7/40)and 25.00%(10/40)of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom score of(1.21±0.29)points in the experimental group was lower than that of(2.79±0.48)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The relief time of vulvar swelling,urination pain,abnormal leucorrhea and vulvar pruritus in the experimental group were(1.51±0.24),(2.21±0.39),(1.05±0.21)and(2.22±0.29)d,which were shorter than those of(3.51±0.49),(3.23±2.12),(2.23±0.42)and(3.41±0.45)d in the control group,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 2.50%(1/40),which was lower than that of 15.00%(6/40)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Fluconazole combined with clotrimazole suppositories has significant effect in the clinical treatment of patients with mycotic vaginitis,which can effectively short
