屈螺酮炔雌醇片(Ⅱ)治疗痛经的疗效及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的观察痛经患者接受屈螺酮炔雌醇片(Ⅱ)治疗的临床效果和安全性。方法130例痛经患者,随机分为参照组与观察组,每组65例。参照组患者使用常规药物进行治疗,观察组患者采用屈螺酮炔雌醇片(Ⅱ)进行治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果和不良反应发生率。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率92.31%显著高于参照组的80.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率6.15%明显低于参照组的18.46%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论痛经患者接受屈螺酮炔雌醇片(Ⅱ)治疗的临床效果确切,不良反应少,可以确保患者的用药安全性,临床可推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of drospirone ethinylestradiol tablets(Ⅱ)in the treatment of dysmenorrhea.Methods A total of 130 patients with dysmenorrhea were randomly divided into reference group and observation group,with 65 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with conventional drugs,and the observation group was treated with drospirosterone ethinylestradiol tablets(Ⅱ).The therapeutic effect and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of 92.31%in the observation group was significantly higher than that of 80.00%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of 6.15%in the observation group was obviously lower than that of 18.46%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of drospirosterone ethinylestradiol tablets(Ⅱ)in patients with dysmenorrhea is definite,with few adverse reactions,which can ensure the safety of medication for patients and can be promoted clinically.
