摘　　要：目的 检验病耻感量表在我国男性不育症患者中的信效度。方法 采用方便取样法,选取2021年12月15日至2022年2月15日在北京市某三甲医院生殖医学中心诊治的338例男性不育症患者作为研究对象。采用基本情况调查表、修订后的病耻感量表及生育生活质量量表进行研究调查。结果 本研究最终形成了包含4个公因子和22个条目的病耻感量表。修订后量表总的Cronbach′s α系数为0.974,折半信度为0.924。方差累计贡献率为78.9%,量表结构效度、聚敛效度、组合信度与区分效度经检验结果均较好,且与生育生活质量有较好的效标关联效度。结论 修订后的病耻感量表信效度良好,可用于我国男性不育症患者病耻感的评估。Objective To test the reliability and validity of stigma scale in male infertility patients in China.Methods A total of 338 male infertility patients diagnosed and treated in the reproductive medicine center of a grade-A tertiary hospital in Beijing from December 15,2021 to February 15,2022 were selected as research subjects by convenient sampling method.Basic information questionnaire,the revised stigma scale and fertility quality of life questionnaire(FertiQol)were used to investigate.Results A revised stigma scale containing 4 common factors and 22 items was developed in this study.The total Cronbach'sαcoefficient and half-reliability of the revised stigma scale were 0.974 and 0.924 respectively.The cumulative variance contribution rate was 78.9%.It was noted that structure validity,convergent validity,composite reliability and discriminant validity were good.And there was a good criterion correlation validity with FertiQol.Conclusions The revised stigma scale has good reliability and validity,and can be used to assess the severity of stigma in Chinese male infertility patients.
