摘　　要：总结袁少英教授采用专方治疗良性前列腺增生(BPH)的经验和可行性。袁教授认为年老肾虚,气化失司,开阖不利,影响三焦气化,从而发生“精癃”。以脾肾亏虚为本,以肾虚为主,湿热、血瘀、气滞为标,创立通癃开闭方作为主方治疗BPH,并根据患者症状差异和兼证进行适当的加减,同时强调联合外治法,内外合治,中西融合,提高临床疗效,改善患者排尿症状,提高生活质量。To summarize Professor YUAN Shaoying's experience and feasibility in treating benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)with a special prescription.Seminal dribbling block attacked when senile kidney asthenia and disturbance in functioning of Qi which influenced qiactivity of triple energizer.It is based on deficiency of spleen and kidney,mainly on deficiency of kidney,and marked by damp heat,blood stasis and Qi stagnation.Professor YUAN Shaoying created Tonglong kaibi Formula as a treatment for BPH,and appropriately added or subtracted according to the patients'symptoms and concurrent symptoms.At the same time,he emphasizesed the combination of external treatment,internal and external treatment,integration of Chinese and western medicine to improve the clinical efficacy,to improve symptoms and quality of life of patients.
